During the session, Sarah guided me more deeply within my body than I had ever been before. I tuned into more and more subtle sensations until they were intense enough that their nature and messages became clear. Emotions rose within me like waves, sometimes bringing with them memories of past events. New insights came to me revealing the roots of these emotions and sensations I still experience in my body today. As quickly as these experiences flooded my body, I felt them soon dissipate, my body returning to calm, ready for the next wave. After many tears and eventually much laughter, my journey within ended.

Afterwards, I felt a deep sense of peace, an empowering connection to the messages of my body, and an overall lightness of being. It has been days since my session, and those feelings are still with me.

I would absolutely recommend a session with Sarah to any friend. I had little to no experience with feeling deeply into my body in this way, but she took me there easily, patiently, and compassionately holding space for me. I often struggle to overcome a busy/questioning mind during things like guided meditations or forms of hypnosis, but Sarah is a gifted guide to say the least!

I expected to move through some uncomfortable feelings as I shed layers of trauma and limiting beliefs. While this was true, I didn't expect it to be so effortless. What I REALLY didn't expect was to experience such overwhelming joy and laughter by the end!
