Two years ago I traded in my steel-toed boots for a career in healing—I spent years working in the trades until my body started screaming what my soul had been whispering: there’s more for you than this. So finally after 13 years of working in the trades I made the transition to owning my own business. It wasn't easy...AT ALL, but it was the most rewarding thing I ever did.

The last decade has been one of deep healing, self-discovery, and initiation. I quit partying, found yoga, became a certified teacher, dove headfirst into somatic therapy, and finally answered the call into the world of Reiki and intuitive energy work.

Now I help women peel back the layers, remember who they are, and fully own the work they came here to do. I know what it feels like to be on the other side, to be in pain, and to feel stuck. Whether you’re navigating a personal reckoning or feeling the spark of your soul gifts waking up, I’m here to walk with you into the depths and help you rise.

I'm a Pisces sun, Sagittarius moon, and Virgo rising. So I'm deep, mystical, intuitive, and a little fiery. There is nothing I love more than stepping into my Divine feminine power to hold space for your healing.

When I’m not holding space for transformation, you can probably find me somewhere in the Canadian wild—bush camping with my fam, barefoot in the dirt, chasing sunsets, or hiking through trees. I’m a mother, a partner, and a devoted student of life.
